Boresight issue

Hello,

Boresight in front seat doesn't work properly, even with a hot or cold start. It's better at the rear, but still lacks a little precision.

The bug was between the chair and the keyboard, all I had to do was adjust the distance of the MANRNG!

what did you end up setting it at? 

 

EDIT: I seen a post and they poster stated to set the M-Range @500. which seemed to have worked.. I will have to check the manual to see how to set the Auto range up.. would that work better Auto Range??

I use the auto range mode and find it sufficiently accurate.

To activate it, go to WPN page, press MANRNG (B6) and enter "A" in the keyboard unit.

hmm I did that like you stated and when I hit A nothing changes??

And confirm with "enter" on the keyboard unit.

The MANRNG will still show 1500 on the WPN page, but the symbology will change in the High Action Display area of the IHADSS, to the left of the Field-of-Regard Box.  You should see an "A" indicating auto ranging is active.
