AND DONOT TELL ME reinstall drivers,reinstall system,repair the game,remove mods,disable WD,remove cache folders in saved games.etc........ok?

do something practical, like uninstall the game？

I dont see anything obvious in the log, I could be missing something however. 

You also need to check your windows is up to date, it may help.
