KI Aircraft are too dumb...any way to make them "smarter" ?

Hello people

My problem is : I set a flight of Migs as enemies......ACE Skill....ROE Engage anything....Missile Launch max Range..... but still....if i face them....they wont shoot.... i checked the Armament...all fine.

So my question is : Is there a way to make them more aggressive ? Not just fly their way into me and...die ?

 

Another question is : If i set all the parameters on the enemy Flight On WP 0 as options....does it have to be then in ALL their waypoints as extra option? Or just in WP 0, at the start?

Last question first. No need to add them to the following WPs. Want them to be more aggressive? Set yourself (or your flight) as their target.
