F-18 AP/ATC/TOT/GS

If we have set up a flight plan for SEQ1 with a TOT and final GS will the FA-18C's flight computer auto throttle under CPL mode if both are turned on and set to auto seq? Or is TOT only available manually via carrot? 

It would make sense to be able to set up your WPs. Set your Seq to auto, CPL and let ATC handle the necessary throttle inputs to achieve it's TOT. If ACLS can handle a carrier landing....
