Rear station and vr orientation

The rear station by the ramp defaults to face forward.  In vr this makes it extremely hard to look out the ramp.  I am neither an owl nor in need of an exorcist, so my head won't twist that way.  Please make it easier to look out the ramp or default that station to look backwards.

The Flight Engineer has multiple stations. There's a 4th station if you manage to open the trap door.

RCtrl+[ and RCtrl+]

Position 6 is a not yet implemented position, I believe, probably a ramp gunner.
