cannot reproduce A-A Missile employment : Releasing AIM 120/AIM 9 takes +5-6 seconds ?

Hello people and fellow F-16 Pilots

Recently i noticed that it takes up to 5 sec pressing the Weapon Release Button to get a missile in A-A Mode off....

To my surprise...some of my Squadron mates face the same problem!

Can anybody confirm that "bug" too ? I know there has to be some delay releasing the missile but....its really 5-6 seconds...really a long time, especially in a head on BVR engagement.

 

I noticed it since a few days...maybe week? It was for sure not that long to release the missile before. 

A-G weapon Release works fine instead

No.

The AIM-120 takes about 1 or 2 seconds. The AIM-9 is instantaneous.

Do you and your friends have some mods installed? Try moving them temporarily out of the DCS folders and try the missiles again

no mods exept sounds and skins! 

The 1 or 2 seconds for the AIM 120...i am aware of it...but it really takes up to 5+ seconds now...and not just me...other pilots in my squad too

Try remove those mods and see if those cause the issue, you can always put them back if they are not the issue
