How do i make a AI A-10 2 supporting me?

Built a mission where i have to monitor a convoi. After he struck an mine, the convoi is ambushed by a couple of taliban vehicles and a bunch of infantery.

I can call A10s to give cas. after they spawn i gave them a strafing command and placed the triangle and the do this. but after this, the just fly to the next airport an land. 

What do i have to do that the will take care of all the inf and vehicles?

My suggestion would be to give them an orbit waypoint to keep them on station. I would also put a search and destroy in WP0 so that if you spawn something else in later they will attack it and when done go back to orbiting. Is your mission an Apache mission? If so send me a DM and I'll share one of my escort missions with you to try.

No, my mission is a ground convoi escort with a Gazelle.

What is DM?

 

I have the strafing task now on WP 0. In my mind, after the strafing the A10 switches to WP1 whis is directly above the units. There i have the "search & engage" with a duration of 1 hour.

 

I will test it later.

 

What does the "cas" task?

Thanks for the offer. I found a solution for my problem by setting several strafing + Attack Group Orders on WP 1 (doesnt work on initial WP0).
