Can change cloud preset in real time and can set different weather and preset for some position

Hi using Real Weater on my server, it should be great to be able to switch from a cloud preset to another 1 without need to restart the mission and to can set different weather (T°, pressure wind, cloud preset) for different airport (so we could use some metar in real time)

and ps: Add Tornado and cyclone too
