F/A-18C Unstable Radar Elevation

I am having an issue with the radar elevation . I have an X56  Rhino control system and have the radar up and down on a toggle switch which had allways worked in the past but recently the  radar creeps down from the mid position to the lowest position . I cleared that control and went to the keyboard control and the same issue occurs .When the radar opens initially  the carrot is at the lowest point of the radar elevation scale. I move it up to the center position where it then slowly decends back to the low point . It does not rise , just decends.

Any advice would be appreciated

Check for any unwanted axis inputs in the controls.
