I cannot drop bombs and the mfuz option was not show

This indicates you have loaded the aircraft with more than one weapon of the same type with different fuzes. All weapons of the same type must have the same fuze.

But the problem is I cannot have the fuse options, as you can see the screenshot only “mode” and “code” can be selected and tuned in the ddi, please help, thank you

In the rearm menu, check the fuzing options (Yellow Triangle in the top left corner of each station with bombs) and ensure each of the stations that have the same type of bombs, have the same type of fuze. Using your screenshot as an example, you'd need to open up the fuze settings for the GBU-12's on Stations 3,7 and 8

The "Copy to all of the same weapon" button only copies the laser code
