Aronis Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 I am trying to fine tune things with the WinWing Orion 2 Throttle with F16 grip. The response time on the knobs (brightness for Helmont mounted display, etc) is pretty slow. I did change some of the settings in the SimAppro app. But the Man RNG is not great for response time, for the mean time I am using one of the slider on the base for Zoom and the other for Man RNG to zoom on the Target pod. The knob is "meh" So what are the best settings? Thanks Mike
Aronis Posted September 19, 2024 Author Posted September 19, 2024 Got it. Set Man RNG knob to "slider" and then it works so much better. Mike

Mike Did you set this in the SimApp config? I have the same issue with the MAN RNG knob and also the HDG and CRS knobs. AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, MSI X570 Tomahawk, 32GB G.Skill F4-3600C15D @ 3866C14, ASRock Taichi 7900XTX, HP Reverb G2, VPC WarBRD-D & Thrustmaster F16 Viper & F18 Super Hornet, Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle.

To be honest I was very disappointed in the delay's when using that knob. If you use the slider it works much smoother, but not authentic. (Two sliders on the base of the throttle).
