Hi all,

I’be recently switched to the Quest 3 from the Reverb G2. I’ve found that NVGs are suddenly unable to line up. They’re about 20-30 degrees too high. As a result it’s like the pilot has only pulled them half-down. The consequence, I can barely see through the NVGs.

As well as that the George menu in the Apache has the same issue. As a result I can barely see it. It’s too high.

is there any way to change this?

The NVGs seem positioned a bit too high for me as well (Quest 3). Not sure if they are 20 - 30 degrees too high, but I definitely have to tilt my head down and look up to see out of them. It would be a great option to be able to adjust where the NVGs sit vertically.

Thanks, at least it’s not just me then! I’ll keep an eye on the other thread and hope that they work it out soon.

Hello! I had the same issue and after failing to find anything on google for a long time I found the fix which is annoyingly simple. Out of the box the strap arms were basically perpendicular to the headset for me, but they are movable. Turning them a few degrees down changed the angle of the headset and suddenly the HMD for the F16, F18, and Apache lined up properly with the horizon and the main HUD. The headset got a lot more comfortable as well, the weight is more even on my face.
