Tango3B Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 Hey, dear AERGES team. First of all, thank you for finally making APS mode available. However, I have a question about the functionality. At the moment, and the manual is a bit vague about this, APS can only be initiated by selecting a 60° scan with 1L. Okay, basically no problem, that works quite well. But elsewhere in the manual it is vaguely suggested that the following things can happen to bring about a 1L scan. The manual states: "The 4-line scan can be reduced to a 1-line scan in two ways: - manually by setting the "4L - 1L" switch in the armament panel to "1L" and - automatically in APS". My question now is whether APS target tracking would not also be possible from a 4L scan if an automatic 1L switch to APS takes place anyway. Is the source here definitely certain that APS, as you have programmed it, only works from the 60° 1L scan as a precondition?
Vibora Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 It should change automatically from 4L to 1L, and from 30° to 60° scan. We have fixed this internally. It will be available in a next update. 5 3 Roberto "Vibora" Seoane Alas Rojas [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
