Position Of Helmet Mounted Sight In VR Is Terrible

In VR, the helmet mounted sight sits around my right eyebrow, causing me to have to have to tilt my head down and awkwardly look up with my eye to see thru the freakin sight. This can't possibly be the correct placment of the sight. It makes it awkard to use, at best. And bugs my eyes at worst, with neck crick.
Please move it to the right spot, or allow users to reposition it.
Did anyone actually test this in VR? I gotta wonder sometimes, as some issues are simply too obvious to have been missed by testers. How long has this been like this with no one doing anything about it? I can't be the only one to notice this and bring it up. It's ridiculously irritating seeing such a glaringly wrong thing still existing. Don't even TRY to tell me it's in the right position. It's literally over my eyebrow. 100% user-unfriendly. No one would design something like this.
Vive Cosmos.
I tried adjusting the headset, but no. That doesn't help. The sight is where it is regardless how I position my headset.

There is a setting in the special options to adjust it for your hardware.

I was only just informed of this via Discord.
So cool, at least there's that. Does lower or higher move it down tho? Degrees? Why is that the unit? How about simply "displacement" with no units, that starts at 0 and goes both positive and negative? Makes way more sense.
HOWEVER!
That isn't accessible while playing. So it's a matter of trial-and-error entering a scenario in the helo, checking the position, exiting the scenario, changing the parameter, repeat and repeat and repeat until it's right.
Would be MUCH better to have an in-game adjustment.

Yes! All of us would like access to the special settings while playing. Someone made a wish yesterday I think.

My thanks to @ricktoberfest for mentioning that setting.

Moving the slider to the left & right does go from positive to negative settings, I just moved it left to -10 which allows the HMD sight display to look below and above the KA-50.

That's with a Quest Pro, as the +11 setting was only useful for bagging seagulls for the pot.
