Thrustmaster Viper TQS and FSSB HOTAS keybinding issue

I have bound my 4-way VHF/UHF-push button to Num5 in Controls, and my DMS-push button to the same Num5. DCS recognises the buttons in 2D, but not in 3D. Does anybody know what the issue is and how to fix it? Thanks for your help in advance.

What do you mean? You want it to send a keypress? Or the keybind for centering the initial view, like what Num5 actually does?

Yes, I want it to send a keypress for Num5 in the game, corresponding to centering the view. I am in the F-16. All other buttons and switches on the TQS works fine in 3D. Cheers!

You mean the same function, not to actually send the keystroke? Just map the button in Controls Settings.

Yes, that is correct. I just want to map View Center to the UHF/VHF button when pressing it down. The Controls recognize the mapping, but nothing happens in 3D when pressing the button. It is definitely a DCS issue because the mappings works fine in Falcon BMS, both 2D and 3D.

I have a Pimax Crystal Light. DCS in 3D does not recognize pressing the VHF/UFH button on the Viper TQS and the DMS-button on the F-16 HOTAS, that is the issue, and it is only a problem in DCS, not in any other games.

That must be extremely annoying.
Right, I don't have VR, so I use centering in OpenTrack and not in DCS, as the Num5 does nothing for except the FoV at mission start...

Indeed! I realized that the Num5 is broken in DCS. The VHF/UHF press button works with other commands.

I don't think you can get what you expect with the Num5. It's not for centering with headtracking, only without.

Recentering by pressing Num5 on the keyboard in VR works, but Num5 bound to a joystick does not work. I have tried in the Mustang and F-16.
