After implementing DLSS in DCS, the developers recommend disabling multithreading from the BIOS. However, my system came from the factory with this function locked, preventing any changes. What does DCS recommend fixing the stuttering? Since I cannot make adjustments in the BIOS, there must be another solution to eliminate the stuttering in the game, Please inform me if a solution is available. Thank you.😔

Would Process Lasso work?

Either way, that is one of the reasons why I always build my own rigs. I don't trust companies not to muck something up like that.

It is absurd that a company retains permission regardless of whether it's your money being spent. Yes, I will hold them accountable for all the inconvenience they may cause.

DLSS is a graphics card feature so MT on your CPU won’t have any effect on that. If you haven’t seen this, it’s what they recommend doing with hyper-threading not multi-threading. Is this what you’re thinking about? They are two differs things. You would not want to disable multi-core (multi-threading)

Their advice is: “Currently, users with more than 32 threads should disable HT/SMT, but for everyone else we recommend enabling HT/SMT.”
A quick search of your machine says it has a i7-12700H? If so that has 20 threads so it looks like you should leave HT (hyperthreading) enabled.
