reported earlier TOS of Viper goes wrong in mission editor

All the following issue happen in mission editor with Mariana map.

In mission editor, when creating a series of waypoints and setting TOS on them for F-16, two issues will occur.

1st. TOS is set as local time in mission editor. It should be automatically transferred to Zulu time when you fly the mission. But the transfer goes wrong. I found this problem when mission start time set to 0800 local. All the TOS I set should be following 2200 Zulu, while they actually following 0500 Zulu.

2nd. Even you eventually manually shift the TOS in mission editor, align them to  correct Zulu time, the TOS is still not working properly when flying the mission. You will find it goes wrong by using ICP-CRUS menu-select TOS. Then you’ll find the bracket on the hud not indicating desired speed. You can only fix it by manually re-enter the TOS in game.

I’ve attached a screenshot to show the second issue. On the hud the bracket should indicate desired speed but it is not.

I've uploaded a trk file. In the begining you can see the bracket not working on HUD. After I re-entered a same TOS on DED, the bracket's activated.

I've analysed your track and description and thank you for your time.

We have previously found an issue with TOS and Zulu time conversion and we're still working on this.
