SharpeXB Posted October 25, 2024 Posted October 25, 2024 (edited) It would be best if the Ignore function on the forum blocked such users from quoting people who have them blocked. Some people cannot take the hint and the use of this function to prevent runaway discussions is nullified. zildac Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 (edited) Good point, not sure that InVision Power Board supports it natively, though. Looks like it was raised a few years ago too: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/454463-ignore-block/ Edited October 26, 2024 by zildac 14900KS | Maximus Hero Z690 | ASUS 4090 TUF OC | 64GB DDR5 6600 | DCS on 2TB NVMe | WarBRD+Warthog Stick | CM3 | TM TPR's | Varjo Aero
SharpeXB Posted October 26, 2024 Author Posted October 26, 2024 Perhaps that behavior should be included in the rules then. Telling someone they’re on your ignore list doesn’t seem to stop them from continually quoting you and harassing you or twisting your words etc. 1 i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 OC | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR 5
