External Cargo Hook binding

Hi all,

What is the function of the "External Cargo Hook" (RCTRL + RShift + L) binding?

The sling loading training mission refers to it but I can perform sling loading without using it. Thanks in advance.

That command enables the external hook as a default DCS command. This will deploy the rope down to hook on the cargo closer to the pick up zone (via External Cargo Indicator RCtrl+RShift+P)

Thanks very much for the reply.  It seems that this is not yet implemented in the CH-47F module as I don't require the command to successfully sling load cargo.

Refinements are being made for the cargo loading and slinging logics so some of these items will be addressed and eventually changed if needed.
