Chinook axis scramble when I fly the Chinook. The Axis problems do not appear with other modules

I set all axis in the chinook and it seems it works for a couple of minutes. After that, the controls start bouncing everywere. If I move the Joystick left or right, the pedals move. Pedals do not responde at all.

I erased the CH-47 input folder in Saved games and reload all from scratch and it works a couple of minutes and the problem starts over.

No other module is giving me this problem. Only the Chinook.  It is even worse if I play Multyplayer.

I have Winwing Orion 2 and Thrustmaster pendular rudder.

Scroll your axis across to the right and just make sure that the axis aren't bound to any other controllers (real, or virtual). Often when this happens, its because a second set of axis have automatically bound against that module that need to be removed.

While erasing the folder is a good idea, if these are 'automatically assigned', then that won't fix the issue.

One of my pet hates is that DCS decides what to 'auto bind' with axis. It would be so much better if there was a way to turn this off so that the only axis that would bind are only those that I set.

This sounds like you might have activated "Bob" the autopilot by mistake. When first "activating" Bob, the controls indicator usually goes a bit haywire while he sorts himself out.

Thank you four your responses. I managed to fix the issue. I did delete the Inputs for the chinook and recreated from 0. Looks like it was a corrupt entry.
