Tusky Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 (edited) Hi all! Yesterday we had a landing gear desync after a go around following a hard landing. When coming around to land again: - Front pilot: three green (landing gear normally lowered) and no handling issue in the air - Instructor: two green (left main landing gear wheel light off) and vibrations in the air During the landing roll, if the control was on the pilot, the aircraft behaved as if the landing gear was normally lowered (three green) but once the control was taken by the instructor (by pressing "J"), the aircraft cartwheeled as if the left landing gear wheel was not down (two green). Giving the control back to the pilot magically straightened up the aircraft as if the landing gear was normally lowered. I can provide you later with some pictures if needed.
