Help - mission 2 - problems with startup and radio coms

I notice my Green Radio does not work 

At the stage where i need to contact Ground to taxi to runway, even if i set the correct frequency on Red Radio, nothing happens. I cannot contact Ground 275.80 ? 

If i set the Red Radio to 275.80, nothing happens

I notice the Red Radio is constantly ***** out .

Any way to fix this? am i doing something wrong ?

Try to just switch the channels from 1 to 2 and then back to 1.
