So, since I have now invested in a Winwing MIP set, primarily for DCS, I am considering a multiple monitor setup. The question is, how many monitors can DCS support? I was thinking that depended mostly on whether I have a system that will run that many monitors, which I do. What I had in mind was three curved monitors side by side, then possibly a fourth monitor ABOVE the center unit. The reason I am wanting to do this is because with the Winwing MIP but without any head tracking, I can set the display so it looks only at the HUD and windscreen. This fits nicely with the MIP below it. Obviously the issue with this is that without head tracking, your vision is limited to directly in front of the aircraft which is not the best scenario for any kind of flying, especially dog fighting. I am hoping a four monitor setup might alleviate some of that problem.

Ryzen 9 99503DX @ 4.5ghz, 128gb DDR5 @ 5600, Gigabyte RTX5070ti with 16gb DDR7, Creative AE-5 surround audio, 2tb M.2 SSD for OS, 2 each 4tb  M.2 SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Winwing Orion 2 HOTAS F-15EX throttle and F-16EX stick and Skywalker rudder pedals, Winwing 3 MFD MIP with FA-18 UFC and F-16 ICP, Moza R3 direct drive wheel and pedals, TrackIR 5, Surround Speakers & Subwoofer, Oculus Quest 2 VR.

I guess the question that comes to mind given your hardware, can you drive that many monitors at that resolution effectively? And isn't head tracking cheaper? Or eye tracing for that matter? But dcs can drive as many monitors as your PC can.
