Since last update (4 December) no waypoints are loaded. I tried the mission a couple of times before the update, and then all the waypoints were loaded.

Am I missing something?

Hm, this is weird - the waypoints are there in the mission editor. Anyone else experienced this? I will check on my end, but just to be safe maybe try to run a repair?

I also have it in Shadow Reapers multiplayer. No waypoints available anymore...

I'll try other missions in the campain
