Updated to Win 11, Reinstalled DCS: No Labels and no Repair function

My computer was hacked so I deleted Win 10 and updated to Win 11. At the same time, I reinstalled DCS (latest version).

Since then I cannot get labels on any aircraft in any mission. I tried several different buttons for All Labels. It showed in the controls menu when I hit the buttons, but no labels appeared.

How do I now get labels?

Similarly, I am unable to do a repair from the powershell as I often did in Win 10.

How do I now do a repair?

Thanks in advance for any help.

To do a repair, just go to the Windows Start Menu, under Eagle Dynamic select Repair DCS

Wow! Thank you!! Works great and much easier than the old PowerShell method. Thank you, SharpeXB!!!

BUT....Labels still won't work. Is there a setting I am missing? Can't figure it out. Any help, PLEASE!
