I enjoy playing DCS with my friends online, and I need to communicate with them via radio. If I want to set up my own SRS server, what should I do?

I did it this way, I established a DCS server through an internal network penetration method (because I didn't have a public IP address and couldn't establish a server directly), and my friend joined my server through the IP address. Then I ran SRS first, and filled in the server IP in the connection server as "127.0.0.1". At this time, I could see that SRS was working normally, and the first three connection plug-ins had turned green. Then, I ran "DCS-SRS Server.exe", and let my friend connect to my SRS using the IP address of the server I had established, but it didn't work, and he couldn't connect. The SRS list always only had me. Did I do something wrong? How can I establish my own SRS server without a public IP address?
