Trim - Roll trim don't work

What am I doing wrong here?

Pitch trim (up and down) works as it should, but nothing happens when I try to roll trim (left or right). Not on the ground, not airborne. Neither with keybord input or with joystick bindings.

In the special settings in the main menu for ch47….what do you have selected in the drop down for the trim?

@BFQ Using the 4-way trim hat will only physically move the cyclic in the pitch axis when a forward/aft input is applied. When applying left/right inputs, the cyclic will not move.

The trim positions can be thought of as such:

  • Forward/Aft: Airspeed trim/adjustment
  • Left/Right: Bank angle trim/adjustment

I’m not familiar with the real world CH47, I would think, like in most choppers there would be a trim reset. I could not find a working reset trim button to bind. Any help would be appreciated?

"Trim reset" is a convenience option for DCS that doesn't exist in real helicopters.
