reported L-39ZA cannot arm bombs after landing/rearming

So a weird thing. In an instant action mission, after I've dropped my initial set of ordnance (any type of bomb) and then proceed to land and rearm, I cannot arm the newly equipped bombs.

I've tried flipping all circuit breakers, even powered down the aircraft, restarted but it doesn't matter. Your new bombs won't arm and you can't drop them either.
