Tricky11 Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Afternoon all. When you have ordered your prescription inserts for you pimax did you use your distance results or near results? Cheers
Solution Mr_sukebe Posted January 16 Solution Posted January 16 Far. With my first set, I made the mistake of assuming that as they'll be used next to a lens, that they should be suitable for close in work. Nope. They need to reflect the kind of distances that you'd use in reality (i.e. similar to what you might use for driving). 7800x3d, 5080, 64GB, PCIE5 SSD - Oculus Pro - Moza (AB9), Virpil (Alpha, CM3, CM1 and CM2), WW (TOP and CP), TM (MFDs, Pendular Rudder), Tek Creations (F18 panel), Total Controls (Apache MFD), Jetseat

johnbowzer Posted March 22 Posted March 22 You need to have far vision corrected, but there is also this FROM HONSVR: The Pimax Crystal / Crystal Light VR headset has a shorter focal distance compared to other VR headsets, approximately 1 meter. If you wear progressive lenses or reading glasses, please consult your optician for a prescription tailored to a 1-meter focal distance. If you use single vision glasses (one prescription for both near and far distances), you can use your existing prescription directly.
