I have Dino Cattaneo's F-35 since Prepared3D. Also have it for MSFS.

They all very good implementations of the F-35, although, of course, limited by the available documentation and those platforms characteristics.

Then, my question is if Dino is involved in this, or if it is a totally independent project.

I can't answer your question, but what I will say is that if they don't at least utilise him as a resource, it would be a missed opportunity.
