I am a steam user and my F-4E Phantom II which I have had since release on Steam, no longer loads in game.  I see the module in the launcher, and in the games main menu.  When I choose instant action it loads the mission but I am unable to fly the aircraft.  I am not even in the aircraft, I am in spectator mode.   Same thing when I attempt online play on any server.  I have been using the F-4E regularly for months now and have had zero issues up until now.

I have tried uninstalling the DLC in Steam, and in my folder, clearing the cache, restarting my PC.  Verified the files and then reinstalled the module.  Still nothing.  No message saying the license has expired or anything like that.

The F-4E is the only module is not working.

Have you removed all mods? Have you tried to exclude the Saved Games and DCS installation folders in your Anti-Virus solution, and then performed a verify?
There has been a lot of false positives in various Anti-Virus solutions lately.

Apologies, mods = modifications ≠ modules. Did you remove any modifications from the game? Well, you did a verify, right? So that should have taken care of that. A verify is like a repair, no need to uninstall/reinstall. A verify basically does that.
Now, most importantly, did you exclude DCS in your Anti-Virus solution? And did perform a repair AFTER you did that?

Cheers!

I have removed all mods, and verified, it is an exception in my anti-virus, and it is ONLY the F-4E.  Which is odd.

Yeah, then that's odd.
