Slingloading Bug in Multiplayer and Singleplayer since version 2.9.4.53990 not fixed again ...

Cargo gently unhooked on the ground jumps into the air or several metres to the side.

To a spectator, it looks as if the external load is mounted on a metal rod directly through the cockpit to the front during the flight.
What a pity!

At least the UH-1 load works on the ‘Rotorheads Server’.
Some other external loads flip upside down after being hooked onto the rope and cause the helicopter to shake wildly, causing the pilot to ‘black out’.

And then there has been this other slingloading bug for years, which requires a 15° inclination of the helicopter so that the external load does not swing up completely unmotivated. (Aerobatics Europe Syria-20250122-213829)

The quickest possible start on the Aerobatics Europe Syra server creates a track file that is ‘too big’ to upload (it is also extremely small at only 874.33 kB - so that no evidence of this long-term error by ED becomes visible, right?)
What a pity!

If 875 kB is too big to upload you likely need to go into you profile and delete some older uploads.  You've likely hit the individual limit.

Thank you very much Flappie for looking into the annoying slingload problem.

But as you can see here, the same stupid mistake exists with the self-destructing external loads when gently setting them down, because they often bounce around for metres.

--> PLEASE keep at it and help not only me, but above all many Chinook users to finally be able to transport external loads again!!!

Thank you very much!
