Unfortunately Migow I don’t think the UV26 panel was ever implemented if you mean the one in Mi-8/Ka-50. Even Mi-35 used the same countermeasures panel as ours I believe.

in real life can they reprogram the amount of flare or the timing by ground technician with ASO-2 ( i am not sure)?

I haven’t heard of such a method, and I’ve actually read the entire wiring diagram and network of ASO-2. 
 

IMO the key is to just rely on your large amount of flares and always be pre flaring if there might be a threat near.
