TimSell75 Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Anybody elso noticed that there is kind of a ghosting effect with DLSS at the light wands and release bars that are being held by the deck crew? Without DLSS everything looks fine. CPU: i9-14900K, RAM: 64GB DDR4 3200, GPU: RTX5090 32GB, HD: M2 PCIe 2TB Pimax Crystal Super Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, Thrustmaster TPR Rudders
Dentedend10 Posted July 11 Posted July 11 hi, Could someone help me out with applying different DLSS versions? I have this strange behaviour that if I select DLSS Override - Use the application 3D setting in the NVIDIA App, then DLSS 310.3 is being applied in game, however, only preset C. If I try to choose a different preset, such as J, K, or Latest, it reverts back to DLSS 310.2.1 in game. This happens in other games as well such as MSFS. I used DLSS swapper to change the DLL files. I'd appreciate any insight Alienware Aurora R10, Ryzen 5800X3D, RTX4080, 32GB RAM, Pimax Crystal, Winwing F18 throttle, VKB Gunfighter F14 Stick, VKB Modern Combat Grip, Logitech Rudder pedals, DOF Reality H3

I'd appreciate any insight Manually change the dlls in the game (or use a swapper), force profile K and MFD/HUD DLSS skip in autoexec.cfg in DCS. Do not use Nvidia override, and instead leave there application's preference. All details on this are easily googled if you need them. 1 AMD 7800x3d + RTX 4090 + 64 GB RAM + VR Quest 3 VDXR

Nvidia App runs behind on the latest versions, so performing overrides in it will not use the latest, ie the one you got from DLSS Swapper. 2 AMD 7800x3D, 4080Super, 64Gb DDR5 RAM, 4Tb NVMe M.2, Quest 2
Vladdo Posted July 14 Posted July 14 I noticed that this popped up over the last couple of days. I've just tried it myself as I have a 7950X3D and a 4090 and Q3 but it didn't improve my frames at all.. NVIDIA 590.26 preview drivers introduce Smooth Motion frame generation for GeForce RTX 40 Series - VideoCardz.com I got it to show as Smooth Motion is on, as I changed the setting in Nvidia inspector but in game, still hovers around 60-72fps.. null

That's not surprising. The VR compositor doesn't care a bit about the Smooth Motion function - it's for the pancake-world.
