CAS - Remove Guns

I've got a CAS mission with F18 flying off a carrier.   All works fine.   Is there away to disable the F18 using bombs only... and not Guns?

Unload all gun ammo?

Force them to use a specific type of weapon with the advanced waypoint options?

I've looked in the weapons load out options..  Unless i'm missing something obvious i cant see guns/ammo

The gun ammo is a box with percentage below the fuel slider.
