TargetScriptEditor crash Framework v4.0.30319

Sometimes my TargetScriptEditor will crash while running a script while playing DCS.
I get 2 entry's in the Event Viewer in Windows 11 (Pro version 23H2 latest) when this happens:
Target version: TARGET_v3.0.24.618_rev1

The problem could not come from a script error since i haven't changed anything in my scripts since months and the error only is happening the last 2 weeks (today was the 3th time it happened).

Searched a bit on the net but no solution just yet. (Tried Netrepairtool, Tried installing .Net 4 but doesn't continue because of already installed, etc...)
Some Google results say Kernelbase.dll is corrupted but mostly it TargetScript runs without a problem and if it crashes it's only after half an hour or so.
I also left a script running for a few hours without running DCS, no crash then.
