Kikao Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Hi! We are a virtual squadron that regularly operates from the supercarrier. Currently, in order for aircraft to successfully trap, they must communicate with marshall via the AI radio menu so that the arrestor cables function correctly. However, we use a human marshall in our squadron and do not rely on the AI ATC system for our carrier operations. We would like to know if there's an option that allows virtual squadrons to disable AI ATC requirements so that aircraft can land on the carrier without needing to use the AI radio menu. Right now our pilots have to communicate with human marshall and when they are in platform they communicate with the AI ATC for the arrestor cables to work. Would it be possible to implement such an option in future updates if theres none? Thank you for your consideration! 2

markturner1960 Posted February 16 Posted February 16 How does that affect the AI behaviour - lights etc? Does it simply mean you cant hear them? Or does it switch off all associated AI behaviour? Thanks System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.

Thanks As far as I am aware it just disables the ATC, as long as the aircraft are following the correct flight path for recovery everything else should work. 1 Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
