Badass1982 Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Could someone from ED look at this, is this purely just a case of the dedicated server not being able to utilize multiple cores or what. These very same mission were running just fine a couple of weeks ago before the latest couple of updates, on the exact same hardware. I run 6 instances on my 5960X with 128GB DDR4 which has always run these custom missions just fine, however since a recent update most if not all of the AI units seem to be behaving really strangely , teleporting, taxxing and flying backwards etc. I also have a 10Gig backbone LAN with a 2.5Gig symmetrical internet connection. I have included a track file for you to see if you run it for a couple of mins you will see AI fighters and the drones try to taxi backwards. Please let me know how I can remedy this. I've tried removing a whole ton of units from the mission , running the mission on its own so only 1 instance running nothing i do works and its pretty much been since the last patch or two. Badass1982 Posted March 4 Author Posted March 4 Well I seem to have stopped the majority of rubberbanding it seemed to be a consequence of a combination of items , my servers I had temporarily moved to older hardware whilst troubleshooting with cpus that just didn't have the single core prowess of the one they are on now. Secondly I realized that a fresh install helped out a lot. I am having some stuttering issues that I am trying to work through now and will need some more testing but I think this too is related to dated hardware and I'm in the process of upgrading said hardware.
