The fighter jets performance in DCS

I was trying to do a take-off climbing like this on both C and E model of F-15 with the same payload. I can't. Maybe it's my skill issue. I'm just curious if anyone can make a similar perform in DCS?

 

Tried another one and I broke the wings.

The F-15 EX is a new aircraft with more powerfull engines. The F-15 E and C are not able to give the same performances.
