Combined Arms on Servers and Dynamic Online Campaign

Hello fellow DCS colleagues.

I am thinking about obtaining Combined Arms because I would love to take part in Online Missions and Campaigns as Ground Units to build FOB's FARPs and support Areas with AA and Artillery Missions. I would love to know if there is any Dynamic Campaign Server running that supports Combined Arms. I know some Dynamic Campaign missions from the perspective as KA-50 or A10 Pilot supporting Supply run missions performed by Mi8 and other choppers. I was thinking that It would be cool if combined arms would provide the ability to fortify supply lines even more and build a more authentic defence perimeter than we see done normaly by AI alone.

Can somebody give me Info or a little more insight if this is done by some CA players already and if there are several servers supporting CA?
