Maksim Savelev Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Usually I'm pointing out negative things about modules in DCS. Especially very obvious things which are not in match with operational documents or common sense. And SCAS was one of them. It was working almost in an opposite way than it should, amplifying (multiplying) control impulses instead of smoothing them out or dampening. Well it took awhile to get things sorted, but finally we're here. I don't have chance to compare it with the real aircraft, but right now it seems like SCAS is operating in a way it matching it description and a common logic. I would like to say Thank You to all developers who was involved in this! 7 1
Mausar Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Yeah nice update to SCAS. Only thing I notice yaw is a little more twitchy. 2

Yes, seems like it became more twitchy which is shouldn't be a case(. I was impressed that Pitch and roll channels became more reasonable Edited March 26 by Maksim Savelev 1
