Uninstall mods, also from Saved Games. There are numerous reports of mods messing with DCS since the last patch. Also perform a full repair to see if it helps.
Cheers!

Thx for your reply. I don't have any MOD installed on DCS. For the rest, I have done this already but still crashing. 😞

Do you have hot plug enabled for USB devices on the botton of the Controls tab (the button will say Disable hot plug if you do)? If so, it is generally advised to turn this off.

The reason for asking is that your log has a series of Plug / Unplug events for audio devices when starting the mission, followed by a whole load of sound errors for the F-4E. Having checked my last log file (which was also an F-4E flight) I don;t have these. The log entries I am looking at are:

Thx for your reply.

I have also placed the autoexec.cfg with "no_device_hotplug = true". No change, it keeps crashing all the time. Either at start or when in main menu or when loading a mission.

I even tried to fully uninstall and reinstall the game. No change....

Please find enclosed 2 others DCS.log

I am desperate..

Finally, I have found the issue !

It was coming from my loudspeaker (Logitech G560) it was plugged in USB on my motherboard. I have plugged it now, on my USB powered hub and no more issues.

Anyway thx for your help.
