I've discovered that the DCS World window doesn't automatically present on top of the Mixed Reality Portal on the windows desktop, and because of that, the mouse cursor won't move with the VR headset on my head. I have to manually click the DCS World window to the front position to fix the situation. I think that if your programmers forced DCS to load on the desktop as the highest priority window, the problem would be solved.
