Raffi75 Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Can someone tell me how I can get rid of the side number on the tail boom. It ruins the work of my colleagues.
Hiob Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Can you leave it blank in the unit settings or does it go back to default then? What happens if you just put a space in there? 1 "Muß ich denn jedes Mal, wenn ich sauge oder saugblase den Schlauchstecker in die Schlauchnut schieben?"

Hiob Posted March 31 Posted March 31 and a " " (without the quotes?) "Muß ich denn jedes Mal, wenn ich sauge oder saugblase den Schlauchstecker in die Schlauchnut schieben?"
Raffi75 Posted March 31 Author Posted March 31 It's the same when I don't type anything and when I only use spaces.
Hiob Posted March 31 Posted March 31 I see. No other ideas, sorry. "Muß ich denn jedes Mal, wenn ich sauge oder saugblase den Schlauchstecker in die Schlauchnut schieben?"
Raffi75 Posted March 31 Author Posted March 31 Thank you for your good intentions and trying to help. 1
kuschmu Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Can you post a 'description.lua' of one of the respective skins ...
Hiob Posted March 31 Posted March 31 One other thing you can try. Do you know how to enter ASCII-codes? E.g. Alt-0216 gives you the average symbol. You can try Alt-255 for space (if that makes a difference) or google for a different invisible ASCII character. "Muß ich denn jedes Mal, wenn ich sauge oder saugblase den Schlauchstecker in die Schlauchnut schieben?"

kuschmu Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Thanks for the description. I downloaded a recently uploaded skin file (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3341962/) and compared e.g. its SA342L 'description.lua' with yours. It seems to me that there are some <tail boom number> entries missing in your description. You may compare yourself and add the missing ones in your descriptions. Hope to help you with this 1 1
Raffi75 Posted March 31 Author Posted March 31 (edited) Thank you, it helped. The entry of numbers, or rather their removal, was there. The problem was the format of its recording. I replaced all the old entries regarding numbers and it worked. Edited March 31 by Raffi75 2
