Smokin1469 Posted April 5 Posted April 5 (edited) So, my game's not crashing and I'm not getting any messages, I just get lots of pauses in the game with the spinning hourglass in the corner, like it's buffering or something. Only play single player so I don't think it's a WIFI issue. RAM problem maybe? I've got 32 GB of RAM. Thoughts? Edited April 5 by Smokin1469 Typo

I'm sorry, I'm just kidding. Can you post your DCS.log? You find it under "Saved Games\DCS\logs" if you only see a DCS file, it's because file types are hidden. Just turn on file types if so, and drag and drop it here. Might need to adjust your swap file to 32768MB, and/or turn off auto scan for devices, among other tips. Cheers!
Smokin1469 Posted April 5 Author Posted April 5 Opened up the most recent log and it starts with a warning that I have parked logical cores. I assume that points to the problem? I see some have turned to Bitsum to fix. Is that the best one to use?

Drop your log here, or just go directly to the DCS log analyzer as you likely have more problems than just that. https://discord.gg/Nqu5n5Sb Edited April 6 by sleighzy AMD 7800x3D, 4080Super, 64Gb DDR5 RAM, 4Tb NVMe M.2, Quest 2
