[NO BUG] Jester calling "nails" with radar in standby

Hi HB, thanks for your great work.

I hope I didn't misunderstand something. I noticed in few cases that even if radar (and CW as well, although it shouldn't matter) is in standby, Jester keeps reporting "nails" contact despite that both scopes are "blank" as they should.

I attached a track as example: Inst.Act. stock miz - AAR practice - Persian Gulf. I noticed the same behaviour flying the "Red Dawn by Reflected" miz.

I recorded the track after disabling all the unofficial mods.

"Nails" is the word for an RWR indication. "Contact" is the one for radar.
