Phase 1: Add Rotenburg-Wümme EDCR/EDXQ?

If possible, please consider adding Rotenburg-Wümme (EDCR during Cold War, nowadays EDXQ) east of Bremen EDDW.

It was a German Army Aviation base back in the day and home to a squadron of Alouette II liaison and recon helicopters (and Do-27 in the early days of German Army Aviation). It was closed as a military airbase in 1993 and is in civil use ever since, but is still frequently visited by German Army helicopters. It would make for some nice, shorter helicopter flights between the German Army Aviation bases in the area.
