Stormin Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 I am glad it didn't come out today!!! Giants Dodgers Opening Day. Giants win 4-2 in front of the largest crowd ever at SBC!!!!!!!! Life is goooooooooooooooooooood! I was there and it was great! I like the team we have this year for the Giants. We didn't need Barry Bonds today at all. I have season tickets. Let me know if any of you guys are in San Francisco and I'll consider taking you to a game.

Guest ruggbutt Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 It's a shame, you have a new team win the Series and then the owner decides to trade off the team that won him the pennant. Go D-Backs.

Don't sell the D-Backs short. I hope the Giants clobber em, but they are a young team with a lot of upside and could surprise some people. I think the National League West may be the toughest division in baseball this year. I plan on making a few trips to SBC park this year with my son. Well, the only starter left from there world series season is Gonzo, but there is some talent there, like you said, young team, that means they can only grow and get better.............I hope.
