Is there any way for pilot to control radar elevation

Done. Or for more detailed usage, from the VAICOM manual:

Scan Sector, Angels [0..70] for/at [0..150]
Radar scan specific sector (use multiples of 5 for the numbers). 

Example:
“Scan Sector, Angels fifty for forty five” – Scans sector at 50.000ft range 45NM.

This may be worth looking into as a mod. Then bind radar elevation as an axis

I have tried to copy the back seat keybind into front seat, but i dont understand why it (radar elevation) only works when it was bind as an axis. I can't use button on my joystick to change the elevation, even i have already bind it

Probably something to do with how Jester works than anything else
