Make sure the laser code matches between pod and bomb and make sure the code is actually entered into the Pave Spike. It seems that if you delete the fxo and metashader files before you patch (which I do) it can cause desync issues on MP servers until all of the textures and shaders have been rebuilt in the game. I'm just glad I can blow sh*t up again!
